Ingredients:

  1. 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  2. 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  3. 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  4. 1 cup whole kernel corn
  5. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  6. 1/2 cup chopped onions

Now are you ready for the directions? Simply place all of the ingredients into your slow cooker (start with the veggies at the bottom) and cook on low for 7 hours. Done. A warm, hearty dinner will be ready to eat when you are! Not to mention, it makes for a savory leftover option on day 2.
