Thanksgiving, for most people, is a day of gratitude for the things we are most thankful for throughout the year. It can be different for each of us depending on circumstances and situations… but (I hope) we can all think of at least one thing. I asked some of my Noise Girls to help me out with this one. I simply asked them:
What Are You Most Thankful For?
Me… right here at 7 on a Shoestring
I am most thankful for my faith and my family. Without either I am not sure where I would be. I need my faith to handle my family some days… but wouldn’t change it for the world. And, secondly, I am thankful for this blog. It has brought my family and I a world of possibilities we could have never dreamed of. Trips, products, and local events… but, mostly, friends. Friends from coast-to-coast who keep me sane and fill my days with fun and insanity. I can’t wait to see what 2013 has in store!
I’m thankful for my friends and family, and my blogging community that has made 2012 a wonderful year! I’m looking forward to 2013!
I’m thankful for a husband who supports me and my blogging. He works hard so I can stay home and raise our kids. I’m thankful for my two healthy, happy children and I’m grateful for everyday I have with them.
I’m thankful for a large, loving family that is always up for an adventure. Every moment I spend with them is truly a gift and I’m grateful we live so close and see each other so frequently. On that note, I’m also incredibly thankful for my blogging “family” that helps make my flexible work schedule possible!
I’m thankful for my loving and caring parents who are there for me no matter what. I’m also thankful for an understanding boyfriend to help me deal with it all. I am also grateful for all of the fabulous opportunities my blog has gotten me as well as the opportunity to get to know so many other great bloggers.
I’m thankful for all of the blessings and strength my family has during one of the most emotionally challenging times in our lives. I’m also thankful to love both of my jobs. Teaching has been extremely rewarding this year and I am grateful for all of the opportunities I’ve had and friends I’ve met through my blog.
I’m thankful for two healthy, beautiful children. I am so blessed to be where I am in my life and to have these two to keep me on my toes. I couldn’t imagine not being a mother and now that I am I feel as if my life is complete in a way.
I am thankful for each day I get to enjoy my two blessings; they changed my life. They give me meaning and purpose and give me the desire each day to be a better person and Mother. I am thankful to have been raised by loving parents that thought us values and to be focused on what is truly important in life.
