Save Money at the Pump
With all this talk about the faltering economy and soaring gas prices, I am sure that I am not the only one looking to save money at the pump. I remember when gas went over .99¢ and how crazy we all thought that was. With gas nearing or above $4/gallon in most areas of the country, a discount on gas is surely in need. So, what if I told you I found a way to actually save on gas. Seriously! The last time we got gas this past week we paid $1.62/gallon. No joke! That is quite a break when filling up a Chevy Tahoe. Now how can you do the same?

Fuel Rewards Network
The Fuel Rewards Network™ program is a free loyalty program that helps you save money on fuel. You’ll earn Fuel Rewards® savings for doing things you already do every day, and you can redeem your rewards at the pump to watch your price drop.
Basically you sign up for the program at FuelRewards.com. Then you can start earning rewards through the Online Mall purchases or by dining out at your favorite restaurants. Shopping through the mall earns you 5¢/gal for every $50, whereas the Dining program can earn 10¢/gal. As you begin to accumulate points, you can then redeem your points at participating Shell stations in your area.Nationally, FRN Members typically enjoy an average savings of 33¢ per gallon at the pump. You can learn full details of the program when you sign up.
