Party Bluprints
Remember the amazing Holiday Celebrations 2012 eguide from Party Bluprints I told you about last week? Well, one of the highlighted companies was Cookie’s Kids. By reading through the eguide, I learned about two great promotions that Cookie’s Kids is currently running for the Holidays. The first one is a free North Face Backpack when you purchase over $200 and insert the discount code JESTER at checkout. Or, you can use the promo code FSALL99 and receive free shipping on all apparel purchases over $99.

Cookie’s Kids Holiday Apparel
Therefore, I was off to discover what type of Cookie’s Kids Holiday apparel I could find for my girls. Since I was already on the hunt for a holiday dress for one of the girls, I decided the other two could use a nice, less frilly dress. My middle daughter is my tomboy and does not wear the sparkles and full skirts as much as her sister. And my youngest likes to wear dresses that simply lay on her in order to appease to her sensory limitations. Therefore, I knew the search would be a little different than my last one on their site.
The girls both needed nice holiday apparel for Christmas pictures… as well as for church and school wear. Since kids grow so much each year, and all three girls wear relatively the same size, we have to make sure to keep up with the change of seasons. The girls’ wardrobe is rotated out with the season simply due to space constraints. And their winter collection was a bit lacking, so off to CookiesKids.com we went!
My tomboyish daughter likes to wear dresses with a distinctive look about them. She likes a slimming fit, a collar, and belts. We also discovered after shopping with Cookie’s Kids last year that she really likes sweater dresses. Fortunately, Cookie’s has several different ones to choose from… in a variety of colors. After going back and forth through the selections we finally decided on a nice gray sweater dress with a small dash of sparkle: rhinestone sleeves and sparkly belt buckle.

Once the dress arrived and she saw it in the box she instantly knew what she wanted to wear with it. A pair of black capris with lace bottoms and her black slip-ons looked fabulous paired with it. She was smiling ear to ear once she slipped on her new holiday outfit. Just check out her sass in this pose!
Finding something for my toddler, Monkey, was a bit more challenging only because of her special needs. She does not like anything restricting or too snug, so she typically does well in dresses. As I was looking through the pages of choices, I saw one that was just perfect. It was made of a soft knit material and its empire waist was an excellent way to keep her belly from getting squeezed and it would just hang on her. Plus, the pink bow and tulle trim gave it just enough glam to dress it up some and make it an excellent holiday selection.
She was not in much of a mood for pictures, but she did pose for at least one more with her sisters. Together, the three of them looked stunning in their new holiday apparel from Cookie’s Kids. Each one so different in their fashion choices… and yet we were easily able to find something for each one of them! As a parent, I love that! I am looking forward to my next reason to shop Cookie’s Kids. I wonder if my husband would let me justify a New Year’s dress for each of them as well?!

Oh my Staci! That last pic is so precious! You have to frame that..they seem to take care of the little one so well!
Thank you, Isra. And they do all love each other. She misses them so when they are away at school… but it is a nice homecoming at the end of each day. I am sure your little ones are the same.

I absolutely adore their clothes. This will be the girls’ second year to show off their holiday fashions from Cookie’s Kids, and, as you can see, they are excited to get to do so!

Your girls are so precious! I love that picture of your little one! Then she has that “I’m only taking this picture because I love you” face in the one of the three of them. So cute!
