Have you seen the recent news about the Northern Lights? Apparently the Solar Storm that moved over the Earth this past week has caused the aurora borealis to become even more intense as they swept across the night skies. I have always been fascinated with the phenomenon but have recently seen more and more pictures appear on Pinterest {most likely due to the recent news events}. Plus, I now have a friend in Norway who feeds my fascination with them by sending me videos. It is absolutely amazing and unreal to watch. The dream of traveling to Norway to see the Aurora Borealis or the Northern Lights Phenomenon has now become a priority on my bucket list. How incredibly jealous am I of those of you that get to see this on a frequent basis?! Wow!

Therefore, I hope you are as inspired and mystified as I by some of the pictures and videos popping up on Pinterest about the Northern Lights. I believe all of the pictures below were taken in Norway… as was the video. Enjoy!

    • I read that on very clear nights you can actually see some of them in the Northern part of the states. Of course, being in Texas this is still not really helpful to me. I cannot wait until I get to see them live. It has become one of my top missions! :)

This is something I hope to see in my life.
